Pulling from my imagination and the colorful inspirations of the Hawaii landscape, this design is meant to draw the attention of customers to the the main shopping areas of Bloomingdale’s. It’s titled “Rise and Shine” due to its location near the escalators.
Mural designed and painted by Jasper Wong on walls more than 200 feet long. Located at Ala Moana Shopping Center in Honolulu to celebrate the launch of the first Uniqlo flagship store in Hawaii.
The wall was later transformed into a large coloring page and completed by the community.

A mural that Jasper Wong painted in Cleveland, Ohio for the INTER|URBAN project. A city-wide initiative to create an experience that connects public transit riders physically, socially, and culturally. The INTER|URBAN serves as a platform for creative expression, world-class experiences, and community programming. Jasper was also an art director and consultant for the project.
As part of its Designed on Surface series, Microsoft approached POW! WOW! founder Jasper Wong to paint the inaugural mural in Long Beach in what will be a series of 17 murals around the world by different artists.
